Coiler System represents the synthesis of over thirty years of direct experience applied to precision mechanics and industrial and robotic automation.
Officially founded in 2015 from the meeting with Andrea Mazzoni (the pioneer who in 1979 developed in Italy the first double-coil coiler with automatic strapping), the company has rapidly consolidated a background of technological excellence in the sector of automatic coilers for flexible pipes.
n 2021 the collaboration ended so that Coiler System could embrace its own vision, oriented towards the total engineering of products and the evolution of the business model: a constructive approach based on maximum mechanical reliability, summarized in the founding principle "Precision Mechanics - Smart Automation".
n the machines produced, electronics manage the control, but it is mechanics that guarantee the process.
Validated by the milestone of 100 high-precision automatic coilers, the activity today focuses on three main guidelines:
- Development, design, and construction of automatic coilers for flexible pipes and special machines for post-coiling and packaging.
- Advanced retrofitting and revamping interventions, to modernize and restore the performance of pre-existing systems.
- Integrated technical assistance services, advanced training, and spare parts logistics, structured to maximize the potential and reduce the TCO of the plants.
